I was choked as a child. It took 26 years to find them out I had vagal damage from it because of scar tissue build up behind my mandible from the guy's thumb. Working on it, I will sometimes go hypoxic from the swelling. Ice and anti inflammatories- I like volterin gel- are important. My stomach was totally paralyzed.-gastroparesis. My healing will likely take a few months but is is possible. You just have to maintain calm, relax, and don't feel you have to apologize for getting better.

Excellent read. If you ever have a desire to research someone who has healed her brain from CPTSD and childhood abuse and now works as a modern healer it would be lovely to have a conversation with you. If not, many blessings and light on your path and thank you for your service!
