Isn’t it funny how we think we’re fine for YEARS, and then something/someone we care about deeply comes along and we don’t recognize ourselves? I’ve struggled with this same thing and am so lucky to have found a partner who supports me through the fear of loss, the crippling anxiety, and the really, really good times. There are so many times I feel like play-doh that’s gotten all scattered and broken up and he’s there picking up all the pieces of the things I’ve scattered about and sticking everything back together.
