Thanks for sharing this post Dan! Isn't it funny how we think we're fine for YEARS, and then something/someone we care about deeply comes along and we don't recognize ourselves? I've struggled with this same thing and am so lucky to have found a partner who supports me through the fear of loss, the crippling anxiety, and the really, really good times. There are so many times I feel like play-doh that's gotten all scattered and broken up and he's there picking up all the pieces of the things I've scattered about and sticking everything back together.

Glad to chose to share your story.

Dan, thank you so much for sharing your story, your anguish, and your pain. It touched me deeply as a fellow CPTSD survivor.
I love your writing style, clear, concise, and every so witty. You put a smile on my more than a few times.

I can't wait for Part 2, Micah Lyn!
