I am very new to all this but your words totally made sense to me. Thank you for sharing them, being able to give some kind of framework to all the different chatter in my head is a real source of relief... even if, I suspect, only temporary, since I am slowly discovering the issues I have to confront.
Thank you.

In reply to <a href="https://cptsdfoundation.org/2020/09/25/minding-the-bubbles-of-me/#comment-2134">Abigail Wenderson</a>.

Thank you for this feedback. I regret that it was difficult to understand but applaud your determination to make the effort. You also make a good point -- "We create a world within us that allows us to be at peace." I do believe that peace is what we are all seeking and trying to create for ourselves one way or another. It can be different for everyone. Sometimes it doesn't work out, but hopefully we keep trying until we succeed.

I read this article twice thrice. Initially it was very complex for my brain to understand. But in the end its very well written , just the wordings could have been simpler.

Bubbles for every individual has a different ending. We create a world within us that allows us to be at peace, however we end up hurt when that bubble breaks. It's not that we always do not know that we are becoming a part of it, sometimes we know but still want it to be that way for our own peace.

How and when this bubbles in our brain gets replaced is something nobody can think off or know about.
