I’m struggling very similarity right now and funny enough was looking at a “feelings” wheel this morning to help write out thoughts for my next therapy session. I was also brought back by slow is best. I like to want to get back to my life and living and want to rush it most days. Thanks for your encouragement to keep going and keep fighting means so much!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for your openness.  My early childhood memories are patchy, as well.  It seems odd, that when I was very young (maybe 3-5), my fantasy was having a safe space of my own.  This space was secure, and others could only enter with my specific invitation.  Now, as an adult, I wonder what trauma brought on this fantasy.  My marriage has massively compounded my CPTSD.  Extremely low self-esteem led me into a relationship with a covert/vulnerable narcissist.  Abandonment trauma kept me in it.  Hopefully, I will find a therapist like your second one, soon.]]></description>
