					<description><![CDATA[I do get the importance of your article Shirley but not the message(s). I have lived with practicing buddhists for a decade and the real beauty of mindfulness is not the assumed stilling of the middle but rather the self understanding of the arisings; cptsder&#039;s I believe have what in other parlance would or could be said to be eidectic memory and sure it can be intrusive but with self awareness of the relived events and if given half a chance the heart or citta can and does facilitate the release of hurt and learned helplessness with no gadgets or dietary changes, sure this helps but some bullets have to be dug out by ourselves and the eidectic gift is a way into the maze and a way to be amazing.]]></description>
