Can the feeling be sadness? I feel more sadness, but it could be shame underlying what I now feel was unfair loss. I don&#039;t know for certain if I have CPTSD. I have never sought that diagnosis. I do have a high ACES score.

I&#039;m afraid my flashbacks are affecting current relationships and I fear losing my housing.]]></description>
