And my last two penth is on mindfulness. The western take on this practice is, I find devoid (a deliberate word) of understanding the void or emptiness as spoke about in Pali. Consider, this extract from Aditta-pariyana Sutta, the Fire Discourse which is suited to the topic in hand. I will write it on Pali. The passage is about managing the arising of Animus Possession by an engagement with the Anima.

Kena adittam.
Adittam reg'aggina dos'aggina moh'aggina,
Adittam jatiya jara-maranena,
Sokehi paridevehi dukkhehi domanassehi upayadehi adittam vadami.

When learning breathing meditation, I have found, the breathing required to sing this verse is about mindfulness, proper.

Here disturbing arisings are countered by a repetition of verse and words that speak directly to you and your parts to stimulate the parts-whole communication to a holism.

OK. Here I am again.

Stuck with myself.

Unable to distinguish between feeling hungry and being hungry through self neglect and a diminishing sense of self.

Definitely not in love with anything or anyone.

Numbed out again.

Tuesday night again.

So, just what is it that we learn?

What can't I reach or see, understand or navigate?

If the physiologically driven determinants of trauma can be self managed why can't I do it?

What is the pleasure-tension release trigger - I remain hungry and I don't know what love is - a disruption of intentionality at the very core of being and self.

Or, so we're led to believe.

What if, as with ousting of Reich, this barron and banishing landscape is actually created for us.

What are the 'active and passive adaptations in this socioeconomic situation' as Fromm described them.

Why, did Peggy Chiswell a nurenberg interpreter die homeless having been knocked down by a London bus. Why has it taken 10yrs for me to be finally on a list for help? And, why does practically everyone you know have debilitating stuff going on?

The scope of this article is not designed for these questions. Why?

If there is a value to the physiologically determination of trauma it must be textured and contextualised.

If not the Animus Possession Paradox and attendant hubris follows.

Advocates of systems dynamics would say this is a cluster of systems archetypes at work, others would say a broader notion of systems thinking and complexity thinking are needed too.

So, while I would never take away from the human and person effort gone in to this paper. Much more must be weighed and written in.

And, especially from lived experiences that drive the theory rather than be a determined product of it.

one more

love did spread like star dust from above,
a shower did fall this way,
a story of love untold,
of bonds to be kept and earnest promises to be met,
a pledge of love from one to another,
nothing above,
nothing below,
a love so plain so plain to see,
fly high
hit the floor
smashed right through the fucking door,
this pledge of love,
is like no other,
loveyou
loveme
it's so simple,
simple as can be,
nothing above,
nothing below,
head to toe,
in defiance of reality,
fly afore
fly no more
but fly
in an Anima Court
no judge shall sit
be in love
and
love shall breathe
breathe
through out
loveyou
loveme
it's so simple,
simple as can be.

my comments made otherwise

through brash and hawthorn,
on hands and knees,
crawling through hurt,
cuts deep so deep,
yet this blood
entwined flows free,
heart aches,
no breaks to find thee
said angels and ghouls don't go there,
get to fuck this pain I'll bear,
hold it with love and never dispair,
I'll follow and follow until I find the love that hides,
soul light as guide,
calm anger to spare,
get to fuck and fuck right off,
death thought I've got the cut of your cloth,
and
menace
I match thee,
with axe,
one blow,
now let her go,
you have what I love,
so set her free.

If you're in here,
I'll find you,
hold you and care,
I will carry you in love
love to spare

foot notes

when I refer to positivistic ideology and an internal rage at industry level am referring to the latency of the economic determinants that shape clinical behaviour.

there is no natural link between human behaviour and economics, the models of competitive behaviour are socially and politically constructed.

at this time the model in use rather than the one espoused is best captured by the Post Chicago School model. This is a socio-legal construct designed to stimulate competitive rivalry and disruption via technology. In the scenario and context of responses to cptsd the internal contradictions make an exit from a Animus Possession almost impossible - hence an increase in suicide and a focus on the female internalisation of male domination - Fromm covers this well but without a meta language that pushes past the inherent conservatism of pseudo - hermaneutics.

See Bojan Radej and Mojaca Golobic in Complex Society, In the Middle of the Middle World for an evaluation methodology worth its weight on gold.
