					<description><![CDATA[this is so helpful. thank you for writing it. the distinction you make between trust/expectation and safety is so clear and enabling. it has helped me free myself from therapist harm - a therapist who repudiated me in a session - and confused me - for expressing my preference for being in a city when there were few people around ie bank holidays. I also love the validating statements and will use them in the future with people i know. Thank you!]]></description>
