I live in the UK, my brother died in his apartment in Germany in Dec. 2014 but I learnt via email 5 weeks later in Jan. 2015. I also had to learn via this cold email that he’s already cremated, completely gone. It’s a long, complex story. On top of this I was targeted and bullied in my former work Pret A Manger and write publicly about it after having declined money to sign NDAs.

I speak partly on my podcast about bereavement, am not a professional and just speak from the gut, a lot of anger, but it’s the only way I can try to continue coming to terms. My parents have since died, I couldn’t bury my Mum during 2. lockdown, lockdowns n both Germany and here the UK.
