A speech impediment/impairment is most certainly a disability be it temporary and something you eventually overcome or permanent as a result of physical trauma to the vocal cords or as a secondary complication to another disability such as Cerebral Palsy. There are a number of disabilities that affect the way one speaks!

As someone who grew up was a physical disability school was rough for many reasons similar even though my disability doesn&#039;t impact voice.]]></description>
