I am glad you wrote about how trauma impacts childbirth! There really needs to be more trauma-informed gynocologists and midwives!! The birth of two of my three children compounded my CPTSD. I have been in chronic pain for 20 years and only in aggressively treating my CPTSD has it begun to get better.
