Recently I accidentally came across an article about Afantasia I’ve never heard of it before. And I realize I have it. By the way I’m 80 years old. That’s why I hated doing EMDR and guided meditations. Thought I’d let you know that about 2% of the population has it and that some treatments don’t work for us because of it. We aren’t being “difficult”.
