					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for sharing your reflections on your process of healing from childhood abuse.  I love you perspective of all humans having the DNA to have to deal with some form of mental illness.  It helps me feel  like everyone of use has stuff to work on healing.  And it helps me not feel so all alone with my stuff.

But I especially liked the idea of accepting ourselves as fairly normal and human. And the purpose of mental health labels is to identify and change coping behavior which once had a purpose but may no longer, at least in most settings, be necessary.

I found your opinions extremely self honoring and helpful.
