You are beginning to take care of yourself and your needs. You are discovering what you want for a career. When you go for an interview, talk about having tried various jobs and being unsure which direction you wanted to go in, and then talk about your current aspirations and how the current position can help you achieve those dreams. Even if it means being a shift leader will help you learn supervisory and team building skills that you can someday apply to supervising a support group. You are not bound to tell anyone about your CPTSD experiences, especially in an interview. Interviews are already stressful to begin with, aren't they? Focus on the skills you've learned at previous jobs, and your career journey to build those skills for your future career, and then you will become braver in those interviews. Good luck!
