Rebekah, sorry for the misspell earlier, damn auto text and my brain running too fast. Incidentally, I have found creative writing really helpful. It puts the &#039;being alert and on guard against everything&#039; to good use. You write well. So more please. Jessica, posted a while back and she too writes very well, as does Alice Kenny. And while I am at it, have you read Colours of Madness by Catherine and Co or CattailsPress on WordPress or even FrameofSoul. All are trauma informed authors and say stuff with words that reach in. Pretty neat and brave too. I do go on and on and on 😂]]></description>
