I have also read all the books you mention and my first turning point was reading “The Courage to Heal” by Bass and Davis, Bessel Van Der Kolk’s book: The Body keeps the score revolutionized my healing journey He explained what I couldn’t about myself. I now understand trauma and it has helped me tremendously.
