I experience them daily and want so much to get the DSM to include cptsd because it’s worse I believe than ptsd.
I had child abuse, dad in prison, mom suicide, Sis died in motel room fire and I was functioning but then my daughter drowned tragically and not found for 12 days in river and I ended up in 5 psych wards before getting a right diagnosis of cptsd and DID.
