been going to therapy for over four years.
just the other day i something about that inner child was brought up by my first trauma therapist. blew it off. but it came back to me and i got sick and useless for almost a week.
this is something basic i guess but will bring it up to my current therapist as i feel this really needs attention if i am to move forward….
