It is the closest thing that I have read that can explain how I feel at times , with this extremely complex issue I am as well working through. I never thought my early childhood days affected me but now I realise decades of my life have been a trauma response. I can relate to so many symptoms you have mentioned. It’s an awakening to realise not everyone lives like this. Not everyone’s nervous system is actively ready to respond! Thanks for the article.
