Thanks for another great post on this topic. It is one we all struggle with as survivors. For me, healing has been painful and it’s a bit like climbing a mountain. Sometimes I make great progress conquering those peaks and am happy. Suddenly, I hit a plateau and life gets hard and tough for a while. I’m always looking up towards that sunshine and on hard days, I pretend the sun is behind the clouds.
