I love this idea and am going to start implementing it today. I can already think of moments I experience regularly. The way my senior dog gets up to greet me anytime I come home is definitely a glimmer. The high five my husband and I share after our favorite football team makes a good play. The moment I notice a new leaf on one of my houseplants. The first breath of fresh air when I open the door to outside. It reminds me of a gratitude journal, which I think is very useful, but on a scale that encourages us to appreciate the power, wonder, and healing potential of the beautiful little moments that make up our day to day lives. Honestly, I find that reading the glimmers shared by others ends up being a glimmer of my own in a way, if that makes sense. Thanks for sharing this lovely and helpful idea.

I learned of this just this week through a Daily Recovery Call and this blog is really helpful. I love the idea of journal or scrapbook. One cool thing is in trying the daily practice it's brought a playfulness at times to my hyper-vigilent habits. That's not always a solution, but it really makes being in public a much more positive and optimistic time. Thanks for this!
