It stopped the night terrors to almost a full zero, and helps me calm outta the dissociative tendency with improvement. Calms anxiety like a lucky charm. I’m in a similar work world and background. I’m a public defender and left ballet behind at 25. Hang in there. For me, that device improved my life 1000%. Funny, bc I hate tech. Usually.]]></description>
