Will, thank you for courageously sharing your comments with me. Learning how to trust, as a trauma survivor is not an easy task. The challenge is our &quot;all or nothing&quot; thinking. We have to learn how to modulate that, so we can allow people to &quot;earn&quot; our trust. Brene Brown uses an analogy of a marble jar, where people earn the right to hear your story. Our desperation for connection/relationship can cause us to override the warning signals in our system that tell us it&#039;s not safe yet. Hang in there...go slow...allow people to earn the right to hear your story.]]></description>
