					<description><![CDATA[Excellent article about collaboration.  How to get it to happen is another issue I have spent years trying to do. I have five specialists so it has been difficult. I have a medical background so I have been able to be more pointed in my advocacy,  but many don&#039;t have that. 

I thought having electronic records would make it better, and it has. Last week, I had to push the doctor to read the ones on file. Get them to read or else those records are useless. Often, time is a problem but it is my appointment so I try to take control as soon as the nurse comes in, before the doctor.

Getting the mental health to collaborate with medical is not easy. Important, though. Thanks for the article.]]></description>
