My father was killed in a plane crash when I was 17 years old. Nineteen years later in 2017 my home was destroyed by a tornado. My Mental health took a major hit downward. May of 2026 I completed a major step in my life and gradated college with a Criminal Justice Degree in Law Enforcement. My PTSD got in the way of me becoming a police officer, which feels like another dead-end in life I can’t even enjoy or hang up my diploma. It’s frustrating and I am at a loss.
