I’d like to say in relation to the bandying about of the word connection, I asked for clarification. What kind of connection does this refer to? Everyone’s tooling around with this idea of connection and I guess they’re all different. Mostly it seems that the word connection means connection with DNA family. There are such things as family of choice. I myself, don’t feel like I have any connections because my definition of connection is it must be pretty deep and it must be this that and the other all of which are reasonable I think especially these days with certain political things going on that nobody wants to even be around anyone else if they don’t agree. Why am I supposed to be wanting to be connected to a narcissist? Why do I want to be connected to an abuser? That’s the reason I got connected with them in the first place isn’t nobody else want to connect with me and I still don’t know why. Can anyone tell me? Am I ugly? Are my pheromones dead? You’d be surprised the numbers of times these come up in cptsd support groups.
