The article Susan wrote is excellent information that everyone of us needs to read and attempt to understand. Being someone that has not had to live with these conditions certainly makes me respect even more those that do and cope with all those feelings, and experiences and still find a way to be productive and enjoy life and even want to help others to understand and cope. Susan is a great advocate for those suffering and certainly has the insight and knowledge to help others to cope. In a world that's intentionally difficult, these folks who live with this daily & still manage their lives are Hero's to me!!

" Giving yourself credit for how far you have come is essential". This is so true and we need to constantly remember that. Some time's it's too easy to think we are back at square one...in reality there is progress. Thank you for publishing this.

A very insightful, accessible, and thoughtful article from a veteran clinician. I have known Susan Pollard for many years, and continue to be impressed by her compassion and her desire to make the world a better place, not just for the suffering, but for all of us.
Thanks for publishing this!
