I relate with it too. Being a taekwondo athlete my practices always involved mirrors. At the age of 14 I got a floor to head a nice big mirror for my bedroom as well. Before that I had a small hand mirror that I just used to comb my hair otherwise kept it locked. But after getting this in my bedroom, I constantly noticed how I looked at all. Not that I am unhappy with my apparence which might be the reason most people are anxious about mirrors but looking at my own reflection everyday, every hour was just too much. I covered it with a big poster currently since the border frame of the mirror is really pretty at it was attached to my wall. I did this last year when I was 16 and have returned back to my small hand mirror whenever I need it. It has helped a lot with my anxiety and feels great to know I'm not the only one facing this
