I have aphyscololist who I see wekkly. But, being in New Zealand, we are behind in treatment concepts and have fewer groups and meetings to get help. I want 2 links please: 1 is to find an online CPTSD or TAR ANON sponsor and 2 is to find online poscasts to listen to to help me find a way out of my life of re-creating bonds with Toxic, Abusive, people.
