Years later, we are fully reunified (and I am no-contact with the alienator), but I am dealing with lasting effects from the alienation and CPTSD I experienced from my narcissistic father. Do you have resources for recovering (grown) child victims? Scouring the internet, it seems as though there are only resources to help the targeted parent and a minor child while the alienation is active.
