Hi Stephanie, thanks for your comment. I am glad to have helped you through my writing. Healing takes time. It doesn&#039;t matter what age you are. I&#039;m glad you have taken the step to reach out to a therapist. You will feel better but I won&#039;t lie, some sessions will be hard too. Trust me I have been there.

Just today, a former supervisor who has known me for 25 years, called and asked how I was doing. I chickened out and said &quot;fine&quot;. I had been struggling, does she have intuition? Also, this is new to me about interacting with my young self. I&#039;m 69 and just now meeting with a therapist. It&#039;s a scary time not knowing what to expect.
