Wow!! What you saw in the mirror then, over your journey &#038; now, your eyes are a gateway to your soul &#038; it&#039;s journey. There&#039;s always hope!
As a Warrior&#039; through my journey when I looked into the mirror I saw fat, I saw ugly, I saw someone who had a real hate-on for herself. It was anorexia nervous, decades if it from 17 of &#038; on until today at 59. Now I understand it &#038; why it&#039;s my default when I&#039;m having a hard time. I understand it now, that&#039;s huge progress.
I&#039;m about to start my journey with somatic therapy. 
I am resilient even when I can&#039;t see it. There&#039;s always hope!]]></description>
