I’m a survivor of sexual abuse and horrific trauma. I escaped my family and moved countries when I was a teenager. I started again with nothing, and by doing that I took myself out of the drama triangle. I haven’t looked back since, but the trauma is still coming back at times. I’ve also had years of therapy.
