Hey Lizzy. It is so good to hear from you again. I hope you are doing well. Thank you so much for your kind words. Sometimes the biggest challenge is noticing when you are moving outside your window of tolerance. 

It is so important to not only use these methods in the workplace, but to practice them before they are needed, so they know how to use them when they are needed.]]></description>
