					<description><![CDATA[Life can be challenging even for the best of people. It is a good idea to focus on ones strengths what they are good at. Even though I was working at one place there were a few days I called in sick and made it a mental health day. It was good to get some much needed rest, because I was getting overwhelmed with work and daily life. One can also make an exit plan and keep looking for better opportunities, and perhaps hone on more skills. Sometimes it is good to know that there is more out there and that where you are is not a good fit for you.]]></description>
