					<description><![CDATA[Yes it is quite challenging to live with trauma. And I have felt those feeling along with it. Part of my coping strategy was to go to therapy first and learn some tricks. I had to shift my focus to my art and journaling, it helped me through difficult times. I did have a hard time with anxiety and depression. 

The self care part is huge though, I know it was for me. It was things like giving myself some down time, getting enough rest or enjoy a warm bath that has lavender bubbles.]]></description>
