Mindfulness in Trauma Recovery
June 17 @ 8:00 pm - 8:45 pm
An event every 2 weeks that begins at 8:00 pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
The Daily Recovery Support Calls topic for today is Mindfulness
Practicing mindfulness helps us to see things as they truly are and gives us the ability to calm our suffering. On these calls, we discuss acceptance and awareness of the present moment in addition to answering your questions about applying these practices in your daily life or meditation practice. Mindfulness supports self-healing by encouraging the creation of new neural pathways so that you can experience more peace, joy, and freedom.
Bring your questions on this topic to the call, and share insight with others to receive and give support with the group.
