August 17 @ 8:00 pm - 8:45 pm
An event every 2 weeks that begins at 8:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
The Daily Recovery Support Calls topic for today is Self-Parenting.
Self-parenting is a practice of learning to safely embrace the most vulnerable and wounded parts of ourselves with the care and attunement we may not have known in childhood. This discussion is offered to support you in connecting with your inner child and healing from abandonment by learning to provide yourself with experiences of nourishing and protection. Self-parenting is an effective practice for reprogramming the inner critic.
Bring your questions on this topic to the call, and share insight with others to receive and give support with the group.
