For those of us with CPTSD, self-care has been limited, or nonexistent. We gently offer tools, education, and a compassionate space to explore the challenges and opportunities inherent in learning to build trust and internal safety within our own bodies.
Come as you are, all participation styles are welcome. This is a compassionate, inclusive, and judgment-free space designed to help you move through the midweek slump with a bit more support and encouragement.
