Recording of Programs and Usage of Your Participation
Programs that have a live call component are recorded and uploaded into a secure members area. This area is accessible only to those who have a current membership to the program(s) they registered for. Calls are held on Zoom and recording notifications are announced automatically by Zoom at the start of each call recording. These calls, which are uploaded in their entirety to the secure members area only, will include any participation on your part from the zoom chat box or if you choose to willingly raise your hand and use your voice to share on the call, as well as your chosen name used in the participants list on the call. This name is the same as the one you registered on zoom with, or changed too when you log in to any recorded call.
