Shake Off Shame
July 23, 3:30pm Pacific / 6:30pm Eastern (including access to 7-day replay)
A FREE 90-minute Live Training with Rachel Grant
Are you ready to finally look in the mirror and like what you see?
For survivors of abuse, shame can be one of the most pervasive feelings we carry well after the abuse has ended. As a result of trauma, we come to believe that we are at fault or to blame for what has happened.
This then transforms into a deeply rooted way of being that impacts our sense of self. For example, we might come to believe that we are unlovable because we were abused. We might come to believe that there is inherently something bad or wrong about who we are. In other words, all of our judgments about “self” are derogatory or negative.
Boy have I been there! And I can’t wait to share with you what helped me put an end to the constant self-blame and judgment.

Who Is This For?
This masterclass is for you if you’re ready to begin shifting out of self-blame, shame-based thinking, and chronic self-abandonment that keeps you stuck in cycles that feel exhausting and hard to break.
It’s especially for you if you often:
-
Take responsibility for other people’s emotions, reactions, or choices
-
Struggle to prioritize your own needs without guilt or discomfort
-
Feel like something is “wrong with you” even when you logically know better
-
Find yourself stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, over-giving, or emotional overwhelm
-
Want to move forward in your life, but feel internally held back by self-judgment or doubt
And importantly, you don’t need to have it all figured out to be here.
You just need to be curious about what’s possible beyond shame.
What You'll Learn
By the end of this 90-minute session, you’ll walk away with:
✔ Gain access to my proven process to help you begin shifting out of chronic self-abandonment so you can stop over-caring for everyone else while consistently
✔ Explore, in a safe step-by-step way, how sham-based thinking quietly shapes your decisions, blocks your self-expression, and disconnects you from what you actually need and want.
✔ Identify the specific sham-based beliefs that keep you stuck in cycles of self-blame, over-responsibility, and emotional overwhelm – and learn how to begin loosening their grip.
Experience grounding, reflective, and values-based exercises you can use right away.
✔ Learn practical, easy-to-use strategies to interrupt shame in real time so you can respond to yoruself with more clarity, self-trust, and internal steadiness
✔️ Yes / No / Something Else?
Not sure if this is for you? That’s okay. Let’s make it simple:
-
Yes: You’re ready to start understanding and shifting shame-based patterns and want practical tools you can begin using right away.
-
No: You’re not currently open to looking at how self-blame and shame may be shaping your life or decisions.
-
Something else: You’re curious, unsure, or somewhere in between – and you want a safe space to explore without pressure.
Either way, you’re welcome to show up exactly as you are.
🎧 How to Get the Most Out of This Training
Most importantly, you will be given many opportunities to:
-
Participate in reflection exercises designed to help you notice and shift patterns in real time
-
Gain clarity about what your next step is in your healing process
-
Begin seeing how shame has been operating in your life in a way that actually makes sense (not as something “wrong with you”)
This is not a passive lecture.
It’s an experiential masterclass – so I highly recommend having pen and paper nearby so you can capture insights as they land for you.
My intention is that you leave this class with more clarity, self-understanding, and confidence that it is possible to release self-judgment and blame – so you can begin living with more steadiness, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
