SUPPORTING STARs TOGETHER!
Survivors of Toxic Abusive Relationships
WITH
CPTSD FOUNDATION AND STAR NETWORK JOIN FORCES
Better Together & Building a Brighter Future for All STARs
To further support trauma survivors, CPTSD Foundation is proud to partner with STAR Network™, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to Support, Treatment, and Prevention of Narcissistic Abuse and Attachment Disorders.
Narcissistic abuse is one of the most devastating triggers for CPTSD, robbing survivors of their authenticity. STAR Network empowers STARs (Survivors of Toxic Abusive Relationships) with its transformational program, TAR Anon™.
TAR Anon is a free virtual support group (weekly meetings) grounded in trauma-informed principles of the 12 Steps and 12 Promises. The program teaches people to become their own trauma therapists while taking their lives back from Narcissistic Abuse.
It works ideally in tandem with all Anonymous Fellowships, as it recognizes addictions also to be a Trauma response and acts as a relapse prevention collaborative program.

SUPPORT, TREATMENT, AND PREVENTION
From Victim to a STAR: A Mission of Healing, Recovery, and Resilience
STAR Network is the leading global trauma support network, offering free resources to heal individuals and families impacted by trauma. Their mission is to transform lives, reduce relapse rates, and create a lasting, inclusive community of support.
By joining TAR Anon and prioritizing CPTSD recovery, individuals can transition from victim to STAR. The STAR symbolizes the broken heart caused by Toxic Abusive Relationships (TAR) and the commencement of healing from CPTSD.
Through re-parenting, developing personalized emotional self-regulation plans, and practicing co-regulation, individuals can progress toward forming a healthier family of choice.
As we say together when we greet each other at meetings – “Stay Gold, STAR, Stay Gold!” – a daily affirmation of recovery, resilience and the strength to heal.

Powered by STAR Network, TAR Anon focuses on self-awareness, self-love, and emotional regulation, helping individuals take their lives back in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
