Recording of Programs and Usage of Your Participation
Programs that have a live call component may be recorded and uploaded into a secure members area. This area is accessible only to those who have a current membership to the program(s) they registered for. Calls are held on Zoom or https://cptsdfoundation.circle.so/ and recording notifications are announced automatically by Zoom, and/or by the call leader at the start of each call recording. In the event the announcement is not heard or mentioned, this disclaimer of recording still applies for recorded program calls where applicable. These calls, which are uploaded in their entirety to a secure members area only, will include any participation on your part from the zoom chat box, Circle.so chat, or if you choose to willingly raise your hand and use your voice to share on the call, as well as your chosen name used in the participants list on the call. This name is the same as the one you registered on zoom or Circle.so with, or changed too when you log in to any recorded call.

The service(s) provided by The Foundation for Post-Traumatic and Complex Trauma Research, dba Daily Recovery Support, CPTSD Learning Center and cptsdfoundation.org range from no-cost/low-cost trauma-informed resources and peer support, to group coaching, to go-at-your-own-pace courses, to opportunities to participate in global research projects, to virtual and live workshops for clinicians and mental health consumers.
Our mission has always been to provide trauma survivors and practitioners with the very best trauma-informed resources in support of developing balanced relationships and healthy daily habits. Services will be in groups, facilitated by HIPAA compliant, interactive, audio with occasional visual means (i.e. Zoom videoconferencing). As trauma-informed practitioners and advocates, we will work with you to identify factors which interfere with your daily life and support you in developing skills for healthy trauma recovery.
Trauma-informed resources, peer support, group coaching, go-at-your-own-pace courses, virtual and live workshops for clinicians and mental health consumers are not a medical or mental health service. CPTSD Foundation does not provide psychotherapy or mental health counseling. No diagnosis or treatment of, or advice regarding any medical or mental health condition or illness will be offered. CPTSD Foundation is not an alternative to medical or other healthcare diagnosis or treatment. You are advised to seek diagnosis, treatment and advice regarding medical or mental health conditions or illnesses from a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, and other licensed healthcare and mental health professionals.
CPTSD Foundation staff and volunteers may hold graduate degrees, be licensed or certified in healthcare professions. However, the services offered by CPTSD Foundation are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, psychotherapy or any type of healthcare or mental healthcare service.
CPTSD Foundation reserves the right to refuse services to clients at any time, including but not limited to discontinuing any and all services to any client(s) who in the sole opinion of CPTSD Foundation is/are not benefitting from its services.
By participating in any program or resource offered by CPTSD Foundation, the client (customer, member) agrees to release CPTSD Foundation from any and all liability claims of any type, for any reason.
HIPAA COMPLIANCE: CPTSD Foundation will maintain the confidentiality of the identity of clients and information given to their organization by clients and will release such information only when authorized by said client or when legally required to do so by a court of law.
