What to do first?

Trying to find helpful information, just the right information you need for your own healing is why you’re here, right?

Our site has an extensive catalog of content, and it continues to grow each week as we add new blog posts. Additionally when we launch new programs, we keep everything updated so you can always stay in the know.

That being said, we know trying to figure out where to look first can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we created this start page to help you navigate your way around.

We are here to serve you, the survivor or practitioner, in finding the resources, programs, or information you’re seeking.

Follow, Like, & Share

Our primary means of spreading the word about our organization and programs is through social media and our newsletter. We post daily on most platforms! If you’re on social media, why not follow us?! We’d love to connect with you.

Speaking of Newsletters...

The official CPTSD Foundation newsletter, “Trauma-Informed Tuesday”, goes out each week, direct to the inbox of thousands of subscribers. Each edition includes organization news, latest blog posts, research articles from leading clinicians and organizations, an inspriational quote,  and a recap of our weekly livestream on YouTube.

A new tab will open so you won’t lose your place on this page.
