At CPTSD Foundation, we believe every complex trauma survivor deserves to be seen, heard, validated, and understood. When you volunteer with us, you’re not just giving your time – you’re becoming part of a movement that provides daily support between therapy appointments for survivors worldwide.

Right now, there are survivors in crisis at 2 AM with nowhere to turn. There are people who can’t afford therapy but desperately need daily encouragement. There are individuals who’ve never heard anyone say “me too” to their experiences. Your volunteer work changes that reality.

Every role at CPTSD Foundation – from grant writing to social media, from call leadership to event planning – directly impacts whether a survivor feels alone or supported today.

We practice what we preach. Our volunteer environment operates on the same principles as our programs:
